Accounts
A customer, restaurant, home chef, or rider can hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, your menu or service details, and for keeping your login credentials safe.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when the platform records it against a valid payment method or a cash-on-delivery arrangement. Pricing is set by the seller; the platform bill is separate and follows the plan kind you have agreed.
Delivery
The platform dispatches riders to deliver orders. A delivery is considered complete when the rider has completed the handover. Cash-on-delivery amounts are reconciled against the order total.
Platform bill
The platform’s take for each order is computed under the agreed plan and booked into a settlement ledger on a schedule. A seller’s payout is traceable to the underlying order line items.
Conduct
All participants must use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Menus and listings must be accurate; cancellations and disputes are handled through the support team.
