Billing & pricing

How the platform is paid.

Sellers set their own menu prices. The platform bill is a separate line, and there are four kinds of plan, each matching a different shape of a food business. Pick the one that fits your kitchen’s rhythm.

Pricing is set by each restaurant or home chef. Platform billing is separate and is one of the four plan kinds shown on this page — the final figure a seller pays is determined by the platform and the seller, and is not shown here.

1

Per-order commission

The platform takes a percentage of each order's subtotal.

Best when: You have steady daily orders and want the platform to earn when you earn.

Keep in mind: A slow week means a small platform take and a small overhead — you carry the fixed costs.

2

Daily fee

You pay the platform a fixed charge every day you are open, regardless of order count.

Best when: You have a predictable day and want certainty about your cost.

Keep in mind: A quiet day costs the same as a full one. Works best when your revenue is steady.

3

Monthly subscription

You pay a flat subscription on a monthly schedule and list as many dishes as you like.

Best when: You plan to sell every week of the month and want simple, predictable overhead.

Keep in mind: A flat monthly bill is not sensitive to demand — a down market still bills the same amount.

4

Hybrid (subscription or fee + commission)

A fixed part plus a small variable part, so you share the upside in both directions.

Best when: You want some predictability and some shared risk, especially during seasonal swings.

Keep in mind: Two moving parts means two things to keep in mind when forecasting.

How the platform take is reconciled

  • Commission is computed on the order subtotal at placement time, not on the rider's cash at handover.
  • The platform's take is booked to the settlement ledger on a schedule and never deducted in real time from the merchant.
  • Every line is stored as an entry, so a settlement is auditable down to the order level.
  • Adjustments happen as entries in the same ledger, never by editing a past figure.
