We collect the information needed to run the platform: account details (name, phone, email, address books), order history, payment references, and rider location data used to deliver orders. We do not sell personal data.
What we share
Your order details are shared only with the parties needed to fulfil it — the restaurant or home chef preparing it and the rider delivering it. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not used to build a marketing profile.
How long we keep it
Order and ledger records are kept for as long as needed to reconcile settlements and honour any legal obligations. Account data is kept while the account is active.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage your addresses, and delete an account where the law allows. Contact the support team for account-related requests.
Security
Realtime order data is only exposed to authenticated participants in the order. Proof-of-delivery images are stored under signed, time-limited access, not open URLs.
